In this project, our team designed an Urban UAV Package Delivery System for last-mile deliveries, addressing speed, congestion, and sustainability needs. The selected multi-package electric drone concept can carry multiple packages, reducing delivery times and carbon emissions while minimizing noise. The design includes GPS-based navigation, VTOL capabilities, and reliable communication for safe, efficient urban operations. This system integrates easily with existing logistics, reduces dependency on ground vehicles, and aims to meet both business and environmental goals, contributing to a scalable, future-focused solution for urban package delivery.
